Crisis Consulting International will present a Crisis Management Workshop on July 11, 2017 at Rock Church San Diego, located at 2277 Rosecrans Street, San Diego, CA 92106.
This workshop will cover the basics of forming crisis management teams, developing crisis policies, crisis resolution, identifying and utilizing sources of information and risk assessments.
This workshop’s target audience includes church leadership in any way responsible for sending out workers (short or long term), as well as faith-based organizational leaders responsible for any of the following: sending workers, member care, crisis management, policy development and/or conducting risk assessments.
